Your first clean is a deep clean requiring extra effort and supplies. It will take longer than a recurring maintenance clean and the price reflects this.

**Laundry is folded and placed neatly in basket or on beds, we do not put away laundry in homeowners drawers.

Grocery/Retail Delivery Service
$20 for delivery plus (+) 15% of bill.
No Deliveries on Sundays, Cut off time for next day is 6pm.
Same Day/Express Delivery within 3 hrs additional (+) $10.
First Time Customers must pay with Cash.
**ALL PAYMENT IS EXPECTED TO BE MADE BY 5PM ON DAY OF CLEANING, IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED OR MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $20 LATE FEE ADDED TO YOUR BILL**
